B&B PRICES & POLICIES

Room rates based on double occupancy:

Loft Room £89 - £99 per room per night
Garden Room £85 - £95 per room per night

Meadow Room £75 - 85 per room per night

Moors Room £70 - 80 per room per night

Single occupancy from £65 per night
 

Policies:

1. Check in is between 1600 and 1900 hrs. If you require a later check in please contact us in advance so that we can consider yor request. Check out between 0830 and 1030 hrs.

2. Childrens aged 8 or over are welcome.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. Vegetarian meals are available.

5. WiFi is available and is free of charge.

6. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.

7. All groups are accepted.

8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Payment conditions:

1. A deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required.

2. The deposit will be refunded according to cancellation conditions.

3. Full booking balance can be paid on departure.

4. Payments by cash, cheque or BACS.

Cancellation conditions:

1. If a booking is cancelled less than 35 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

2. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

3. In the event of a no show or booking period reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
