Pricing

Prices shown are per room per night based on double occupancy.

Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking.  Payment is by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer. Refunds, at our discretion. We will always refund if the room can be re-let.

Cancellation during a stay will be charged at a minimum of 50% of the accommodation fee.

Arrival time

Rooms will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Please arrange if you need earlier access to the room.

Departure time

The room must be vacated before 11:00am on the day of departure.

Smoking policy

All rooms are non smoking.

Parking

We have off road parking for 7 cars

Liability

Kilbury Manor does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Any damage to rooms incurred by guests will be charged in full.
